Refund and cancellation policy

Free period

Every app is free for the first 3 months from sign-up. No card or payment is needed, so there is nothing to pay or refund for the free period.

Plans and prices

After the free period, each app costs ₹299 a month or ₹2,999 a year. You choose the plan. Prices are in Indian rupees.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time, from the app or by emailing [email protected] with the mobile number of your account.

After you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.

Refunds

Monthly plans: we do not refund part of a month. Your plan runs until the end of the month you paid for.

Yearly plans: if you ask within 7 days of the payment, we refund the unused part of the year, pro rata.

Duplicate or failed payments: if you were charged twice, or money left your account but the payment failed, we refund it in full within 5 to 7 working days to the original payment method.

How to ask for a refund

Email [email protected] with the mobile number of your account, the app name, the payment date and the Razorpay payment ID if you have it. Approved refunds reach the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.

Shipping and delivery

The apps are a digital service. Nothing is shipped and there is no physical delivery. You get access online as soon as your account or plan is active.
