How it works
1. Speak, type or photograph the enquiry
Say it the way the customer gave it, like "Shaadi 400 log, 2 sabzi, paneer, dal makhani". The app fills in the date, guests and a menu from your dish list for you to check.
2. Check the plan and send the quote
The shopping list, staff, tent items and quote are worked out for that guest count from your own recipes and rates. Change anything, then share the quote on WhatsApp.
3. Run every event from your phone
See each booking with its quote and balance. Send purchase lists to suppliers, use the event-day run sheet, check tent items back in and record payments.

Questions people ask
Is it really free?
Yes, for your first 3 months from sign-up. Everything is unlocked, including the AI, with no limit.
What happens after 3 months?
The app keeps working: quotes, shopping lists, events, invoices, WhatsApp messages and the AI. When the free period ends you choose monthly (₹299) or yearly (₹2,999). Payment is not live yet, and we tell you before your free period ends.
Do I need a card?
No. You sign up with your mobile number and an OTP. No card and no email.
Can I use my own recipes and rates?
Yes. Each dish keeps a recipe per 100 guests, and you can edit dishes, ingredient rates, tent stock and rent rates. New quotes use the new rates.
Does the AI decide my prices?
No. The app works out every quantity, cost and quote from your recipes and rates. The AI only reads the enquiry, picks dishes from your list and finds the records you ask about.
Does it work for tent houses?
Yes. It shows what stock is free on a date, warns about clashes, and has a dispatch and return checklist that adds damage charges to the bill.
Is my data safe?
Each shop's data is kept separate, and every screen and answer is limited to your shop. Photos are read on your phone, and the AI runs on Surge's own server.
