Surge Software Solutions Private Limited runs the Surge Enterprise AI apps. This page says what we keep and why, in plain words.
What we keep
Your mobile number (to sign you in with a one-time password), your shop's name and language, and the records you enter in the app. If you add an email in the app, we keep it to send reminders and payment confirmations. If you ask our website assistant a question and leave your email, we keep the question and your email to answer you.
Payments
When you pay for a plan, the payment is processed by Razorpay. We receive the payment status, amount and reference number, not your full card or UPI details.
Where it is kept
On our own servers in India, backed up every night. The AI runs on our own server too. Each shop sees only its own data.
What we never do
We do not sell or share your data, and we do not show ads.
Your choices
Where an app has an export button you can download your records. You can always ask us to delete your shop and its data by writing to [email protected].
