A contractor's handwritten list, thousands of items, every rate to look up, and the credit to track. Hardware Quote shows today's sales, total credit and low stock at a glance. Type, speak or photograph the plumber's list exactly as it is. Each line is matched to the right item with its rate, and when it is unsure it shows options. Ask your shop anything. Low-stock items are ready to reorder by supplier. You can see which shade the painter took last time, with the code and tint formula saved. How it works
1. Capture the list
Take a photo of the handwritten list, speak it, or type it as it is. The photo is read on your phone, and you can fix any word before the quote is made.
2. Check the matched quote
Each line is matched to the right item with quantity and rate. When a line is unsure it is marked Check and shows options to tap.
3. Send, bill and track credit
Send the quote on WhatsApp or print it, then turn it into a GST bill with cash, UPI or credit. Each customer's dues and limit stay in one list.

Questions people ask
Is it really free?
Yes, for the first 3 months from sign-up. Everything is unlocked, including AI, and you don't need a card.
What happens after 3 months?
Bills, quotes, credit, stock and the AI keep working. When the free period ends you choose monthly (₹299) or yearly (₹2,999). Payment is not live yet, and we tell you before your free period ends.
Do I need a card?
No. You sign up with your mobile number and a one-time code (OTP).
Do I have to type in my whole catalog?
No. About 1,800 common items are added with rates and GST. You change prices and add your own items.
Can it read a plumber's handwriting?
It reads the photo on your phone and shows the text. Neat writing reads well. You fix any wrong word before the quote is made.
Can I give contractors a different rate?
Yes. Every item has a retail and a contractor rate, and trade customers get the contractor rate by default.
Is my data safe?
Each shop's data is kept separate on our own server, and photos are read on your phone and never uploaded. Login is by OTP, with no password to steal.
