Terms of use
These terms apply when you use any Surge Enterprise AI app or this website. The apps are provided by Surge Software Solutions Private Limited, Bengaluru, India.
Who we are
Surge Software Solutions Private Limited (“we”, “us”) builds and runs the Surge Enterprise AI apps: Truck Khata, Mandi Ledger, FabQuote, Hardware Quote, TailorBook, Caterer Plan, Advocate Diary and Krishi Kendra. Our registered office and contact details are on the Contact us page.
The service
Each app is an online software service that you use in the web browser of your phone or computer. It is a digital service: nothing is shipped and there is no physical delivery. You get access online as soon as your account is active.
Price
Every app is free for the first 3 months from the day you sign up. No card or payment is needed for the free period.
After that, each app costs ₹299 a month or ₹2,999 a year. Prices are in Indian rupees, and any applicable taxes are shown before you pay.
Before your free period ends we tell you, and you choose whether to continue. We also tell you before any price change.
Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. You pay with a method Razorpay offers at checkout, such as UPI, a debit or credit card, or net banking. We never see or store your full card or UPI details.
You get a payment confirmation for every successful payment.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. How cancellations and refunds work is set out in our Refund and cancellation policy.
Your records
Your records are yours. The AI suggests entries, answers and messages; you check them before saving or sending. Crop advice and legal-date tools are aids, not professional advice.
Fair use
Do not use the apps for anything unlawful or to send spam. We may limit an account that harms the service for others.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the apps running, but there can be short breaks for maintenance. We may update these terms; the date on this page shows the current version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction.
