Season-wise farmer credit, stock registers, expiry, licences, and advice on every crop problem. See total credit, overdue recovery, expiry and low stock at a glance. Make the bill by voice, the way you'd say it at the counter. The farmer, items, batch and rate are filled in, and credit goes to the season's account. For crop advice, pick the crop, the part and the symptom. You get the likely problem and the in-stock product with its label dose: a suggestion, not a diagnosis. Ask the shop anything, even in Hinglish, and see every farmer's credit in a village, by name and amount. Stock and sale registers are ready for licensed inputs. The app works in 10 Indian languages, including Telugu, Tamil, Marathi and Gujarati. Find any farmer, product or bill instantly. Free for the first 3 months. Try the Krishi Kendra demo today.
Who it's for
A one-counter krishi kendra owner
Wants to keep farmer udhaar by season without a paper khata.
“Farmers buy on udhaar all season, and at harvest I have to dig through the register.”
A licensed fertilizer and pesticide dealer
Wants to keep the registers, batches and licence dates ready for inspection.
“Pesticide stock expires on the shelf, and I find out late that a licence or certificate has lapsed.”
A dealer whose farmers ask what to spray
Wants to give a quick first suggestion from what is in stock.
“A farmer describes holes in the pods, and I have to remember which product on my shelf fits.”
How it works
1. Speak or photograph the bill
Say "Ramesh Patel, 2 bag DAP, udhaar" or take a photo of the slip. The app fills the farmer, items, batch and rate; you check the draft and save.

2. Ask your books
Type or speak a question in Hindi, Hinglish or English, such as "Sironj ke kisano ka kul udhar kitna hai?". The answer comes from your own data.

3. Send the reminders
The home screen shows total udhaar, overdue recovery, expiring and low stock. At harvest it lists who to collect from, with WhatsApp messages ready to send.

What you get
Voice and slip-photo bills
Speak the bill or photograph the slip; the slip is read on your phone and you check the draft.
Farmer udhaar by season
Kharif and Rabi ledgers per farmer, payments, and optional interest after the recovery date.
Stock by batch and expiry
First-expiry-first-out billing, expired stock is never sold, alerts before expiry.
Registers for licensed inputs
Sale register and monthly stock statement, printable and as a CSV file for Excel.
Licence and certificate dates
Alerts 60 days before a licence or Form O / VI-D certificate lapses.
Fertilizer PoS check
Type the stock your DBT PoS machine shows and see the difference from your books.
Crop suggestions
Pick crop, plant part and symptom; get likely issues and in-stock products at label dose. A suggestion, not a diagnosis.
WhatsApp reminders
Recovery and crop-stage messages ready; you press send in WhatsApp.
Not available yet: GST tax invoice and GSTR-1 export; Offline billing (the app needs internet); Weather-based spray advice; Thermal or Bluetooth printer; Photo diagnosis of crop disease; Sending WhatsApp messages automatically.

Questions people ask
Is it really free?
Yes, for your first 3 months (90 days from sign-up). Everything is unlocked, including the AI, with no cap.
What happens after 3 months?
Billing, udhaar, stock, registers and the AI keep working. When the free period ends you choose monthly (₹299) or yearly (₹2,999). Payment is not live yet, and we tell you before your free period ends.
Do I need a card?
No. You sign up with your mobile number and a one-time code (OTP). You pick a monthly or yearly plan only when the free period ends.
Is my data safe?
Each shop's data is kept separate and checked on every action. Slip photos are read on your phone and never uploaded. The AI runs on our own server.
Does it give crop advice?
It gives a suggestion, not agronomy advice or a diagnosis. It shows likely issues and only in-stock products whose label fits, at label dose. Always check the label or an agronomist.
Does it track batch and expiry dates?
Yes. Stock is kept by batch, sold first-expiry-first-out, expired stock is never billed, and you are warned before it expires.
Can I try it before signing up?
Yes. Open the demo shop: a sample krishi kendra with farmers, bills and stock already filled in.
Does it make GST invoices?
Not yet. GST tax invoices and GSTR-1 export are planned.
Who is behind Krishi Kendra?
Surge Software Solutions Private Limited, founded by Venu Gopal Reddy Muvva.
Can I talk to a person?
Yes. Ask the assistant in the app; if it can't answer, leave your email and the founder replies, usually within about 10 hours. Or write to [email protected].
