Every quote worked out in your head: steel, weight, labour, and sometimes you lose money. FabQuote shows your whole workshop: which job is where, and how much is still due. Describe the job by voice or text, the way you would tell a customer. You get every section's length and weight, then steel, labour, paint and margin: a full quote. There is an instant weight for any section: pipe, angle, channel or sheet. A gallery of common designs lets you show the customer and get an estimate in one tap. Ask your shop anything, like each customer's balance, straight from your own jobs. Every job shows its stage, from cutting and welding to painting and installed, with photo updates to the customer. FabQuote works in 10 Indian languages, including Telugu, Tamil, Marathi and Gujarati. It is free for the first 3 months. Try the FabQuote demo today.
Who it's for
A fabrication shop owner with a few karigars
Wants to give the customer a correct rate for a gate or grill on the spot.
“The customer wants a rate right now, and I have to work out the steel weight on paper.”
A welding workshop with many jobs running
Wants to see which job is at which stage and who still owes money.
“The gate is installed, but the balance payment keeps getting delayed and I forget who owes what.”
A shop owner who pays daily-wage karigars
Wants to keep attendance, advances and wages next to the jobs.
“I keep attendance in one notebook and advances in another, and I never know what I owe at month end.”
How it works
1. Speak the job
Say or type it the way you tell a customer, like "12 feet by 6 feet gate, 40x40 pipe frame, 20x20 bars inside". You can also pick a ready design or add a photo of a hand sketch.

2. Check the quote
FabQuote lists every steel piece with its length, count, weight and price from your rate list, then adds wastage, labour, painting, fitting, transport and margin. Change any line before you save.

3. Send it and follow the job
Send the quote on WhatsApp in one tap. Then move the job through advance, cutting, welding, painting, installed and paid, and see what each customer still owes.
