Measurement slips get lost, delivery dates slip, and festival season is chaos. With TailorBook you see what's due today, whose trial it is and what's late at a glance. Dictate measurements, even with Hindi numbers. Each measurement lands in the right field; you check and save. The design catalogue lets you show customers photos, with prices. Ask your shop anything, like tomorrow's deliveries, with customers and balances. Each order shows its stage and karigar, and a WhatsApp message is ready to send when the clothes are. It works in 10 Indian languages: Telugu, Tamil, Marathi, Gujarati and more. Find anything by name, phone or order number. The first 3 months are free. Try the TailorBook demo today.
Who it's for
A tailor with a small shop
Wants to keep every family's measurements without a paper register.
“The register is torn, and a regular customer's blouse measurements are lost.”
A boutique owner with karigars
Wants to know which orders are due, late or at risk before the customer calls.
“Before Diwali and weddings I don't know which orders are due tomorrow.”
A shop owner chasing pickups and payments
Wants to tell customers on WhatsApp when clothes are ready and balance is due.
“Customers call again and again to ask if their clothes are ready, and balance money stays pending.”
How it works
1. Speak the measurements
Say "kurta: chest 38, shoulder 17, sleeve 24", or take a photo of the paper slip. TailorBook puts each number in the right field, and you check and save.

2. Book and track the order
Add garments, price, design, karigar, trial and delivery dates, and the advance. Every order moves on a board from received to delivered.

3. Check today and send reminders
The home screen shows what is due today and tomorrow, trials, late and at-risk orders, and money pending. Ready, trial and balance messages open in WhatsApp for you to send.

Questions people ask
Is it really free?
Yes, for your first 3 months (90 days from sign-up). Everything is unlocked, including the AI features, and there is no card to enter.
What happens after 3 months?
Nothing stops. Orders, measurements, reminders, WhatsApp messages and the AI keep working. When the free period ends you choose monthly (₹299) or yearly (₹2,999). Payment is not live yet, and we tell you before your free period ends.
Do I need a card?
No. You sign up with your mobile number and a one-time SMS code (OTP). No card or bank details.
Is my data safe?
Each shop's data is kept apart, and a test with 126 checks proves one shop cannot see another's. AI runs on our own server, and slip photos are read on your phone.
Who is behind TailorBook?
Surge Software Solutions Private Limited, an Indian software company. The founder is Venu Gopal Reddy Muvva.
Can I talk to a person?
Yes. Ask the assistant in the app; if it does not know, leave your email and the founder replies within about 10 hours. Or write to [email protected].
Can I keep measurements for a whole family?
Yes. One phone number holds the household, and each member has their own measurements for blouse, kurta, salwar, shirt, pant, lehenga and sherwani.
Can it read my handwritten measurement slip?
From a photo, yes. Printed or neat writing reads well; cursive and faint pencil often need fixing, so you check every value before saving.
Can my staff use it on their own phones?
Yes. The owner adds staff phone numbers, and each signs in with their own OTP to the same shop.
Can I try it before signing up?
Yes. Open the demo shop, a sample boutique with orders, customers and karigars. You can change anything and reset it.
