Shipping and delivery policy

A digital service

Every app is software you use online, in a web browser or on your phone. Nothing physical is shipped, nothing is sent by post or courier, and there are no shipping or delivery charges.

How you get access

Each app opens at its own web address, for example truck.surgesoftware.co.in for Truck Khata. The address of every app is listed on our Contact us page.

You sign up on the app's address and use the app in your own account there. The first 3 months from sign-up are free. There is nothing to download or install, and you can try the demo shop without signing up.

After a payment

A plan is for one app, at ₹299 a month or ₹2,999 a year. When the payment for a plan succeeds, the plan is delivered online: it becomes active in the same account on that app's address. Nothing else is delivered.

If your plan does not show as active

Email [email protected] or call +91 91600 57000 with the app name and the email address or mobile number of your account. Duplicate or failed payments are refunded as set out in our Refund and cancellation policy.
